REALMS (Rimrock Expeditionary Alternative Learning Middle School) is a public charter school for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students who are seeking a small, active, and challenging educational alternative. REALMS, was the first Oregon charter school east of the Cascades, and has operated in conjunction with the Bend LaPine School district for 9 years! REALMS currently enrolls 115 students and is located on a beautiful 6 acre campus on OB Riley Road in Bend.

REALMS is an EXPEDITIONARY LEARNING School. Expeditionary Learning Schools  promote rigorous, engaging curriculum; active, inquiry-based pedagogy; and a school culture that demands and teaches compassion and good citizenship.
