At REALMS, students take charge of their learning! Student-led conferences are an opportunity for REALMS students to share with their parents and teachers the academic and social growth they have made during the course of a trimester.

Students spend time in class engaged in structured reflection activities where they analyze and assess their performance and learning in each academic area. They also spend time in crew learning how to lead a successful conference.

This kind of conference is a powerful growth experience for our students as it helps students build metacognition, organizational skills, clear communication skills and confidence.
